2012 Regatta Registration Form Instructions: All participants must complete this registration form and a “Release and Waiver” form prior to participating in any Tahoe Yacht Club sponsored sailing event. The completed registration form must be accompanied by the appropriate entry fee. All keel boats racing PHRF must include $5 for a 2011 Tahoe PHRF. Boats that have not completed this registration form and paid their entry fee will not be scored. Checks should be made payable to “Tahoe Yacht Club.” NEW for the 2011 Sailing Season - Online Registration In order to register online, you will need to create an account with compete-at. Enter the skipper and boat information when creating your account, and then it will autofill for every other sailing event you register for. Its easy, fast, and free! You may print this form out, sign, and enclose with your registration and payment, and send to: Or, you may fax it to Tahoe Yacht Club at 530-581-4771 and charge your credit card on file. IMPORTANT: Please be sure to print out the waiver release form and fax to Tahoe Yacht Club at 530/581-4771. TYC must have your signed waiver for your registration to be complete! |
